Contacts & Resources
For Individual Investors
Please note there are two types of individual investors which will determine the appropriate point of direct contact for account information and assistance.
A Beneficial Shareholder holds shares through a brokerage firm account. If you are a beneficial shareholder, your firm will provide account statements and materials pertaining to your account and will be your most efficient point of contact.
A Registered Shareholder holds shares directly with Computershare, McDonald’s Stock Transfer Agent. Computershare representatives can provide assistance or information regarding the direct stock purchase and dividend reinvestment plan (DSPP/DRIP), statements, transactions or other administrative matters. You may also manage your account online through Computershare’s Investor Center.
