Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of visiting restaurants around the world and leaving inspired. From Hyderabad to Chicago, from London to Atlanta, we saw Ray’s vision alive in the way you care for guest, for each other, and for your communities.

Since Ray Kroc opened the doors to his first franchised McDonald’s restaurant in Des Plaines, Illinois, he built a belief: when you put people first, everything else follows. That belief became the foundation of our System, and today, it lives on in every Crew Member, Franchisee, Supplier, and Employee across the globe.

Ray Kroc once said, “None of us is as good as all of us.” Thank you for setting the standard – every day, in every restaurant, in every role.
