The Global Ray Kroc Award honors the top 1% of Restaurant Managers across the McDonald’s System - exceptional leaders who consistently lead by example, deliver outstanding business results, and embody our values through their everyday actions.

This year, we proudly recognize 392 winners from 67 Markets worldwide - each one a shining example of excellence in leadership, team engagement, and customer experience.

In 2026, we proudly celebrate 40 exceptional Franchisees from 20 Markets worldwide. These individuals lead with integrity, prioritize their people and customers, foster inclusion within their communities, and serve as true champions of the McDonald’s brand.
