Global Three-Legged Stool Award Winners

Our values help define our identity. When we say, “I work at McDonald’s,” or “I’m a McDonald’s franchisee” or “I’m a McDonald’s supplier,” it means that we’re part of something special and something bigger than just ourselves. During 2020 we saw some extraordinary acts across the entire System which highlighted what we stand for, what we believe in, and how we contribute to the issues that matter most. Through our first Global Three-legged Stool Award we had the opportunity to recognize some of the special individuals and organizations within our System who have gone above and beyond to help support our purpose of feeding and fostering communities, to drive our mission of making delicious feel-good moments easy for everyone and reflect our core values.
