Would You Like Guac With That? McDonald's Australia Adds Two New Toppings

McDonald's Australia announced the latest innovation to hit their menu- a tasty twist on one of the Golden Arches' classics. For the first time in Macca's history, French fries will be receiving the ultimate saucy makeover with the introduction of Loaded Fries.

Often imitated by never equaled, McDonald's Australia’s French fries have never before been topped quite like this before. Those looking to bring a little spice to their life can top their fries with a guacamole salsa option; while fry lovers looking for something cheesier can opt for a bacon and cheese sauce topping.

"By adding guacamole and salsa, as well as bacon and cheese sauce to our fries, we're following a trend our customers started," said Mark Lollback, Chief Marketing Officer, McDonald's Australia. "While our fries are delicious by themselves, for a long time now Aussies have been experimenting with them, dunking and dipping them in everything from ketchup to soft serve. Now we're helping our customers with their fry flavor experiments by giving them world first toppings to bring their fries to life with. I'm sure Loaded Fries are going to be a hit this Summer, and can't wait to see how Aussies embrace them."

Australia's Loaded Fries are available in single or share packs at all restaurants nationwide.
