McDonald’s Global Chief Supply Chain Officer Retires

Today, McDonald’s Chairman and CEO Chris Kempczinski shared that Marion Gross, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Supply Chain Officer, has decided to retire after more than 32 years with McDonald’s, effective April 1, 2025.  

As Executive Vice President and Global Chief Supply Chain Officer, Marion played a vital role in developing and executing sustainable sourcing strategies across McDonald’s global supply chain footprint. Under Marion’s leadership, the team assured supply to more than 42,000 restaurants and delivered billions in savings over the last decade.
