My McDonald’s Rewards Launches from Coast to Coast in Canada

MyMcDonald’s Rewards is now officially available at participating McDonald’s restaurants across Canada – and the hype around the new loyalty program is very real.
Canadian franchisees like Amit Kapoor in Winnipeg, Manitoba were among the first to offer MyMcDonald’s Rewards in their restaurants as part of a pilot that began in August. Over the past few months, managers and crew in Amit’s market have gone above and beyond to learn about MyMcDonald’s Rewards and introduce the new program to guests. Best of all, they’ve had fun doing it.
“Everyone is full of energy and pride,” Amit said. Managers at each of Amit’s restaurants came up with incentives for crew to learn MyMcDonald’s Rewards inside and out.
“It's going so well,” he added. “I've seen so much excitement. Families who walk in love it, seniors love it, our crew loves it. So many return customers are excited to pull up MyMcDonald’s Rewards on their phones as soon as they reach the front counter, kiosk or Drive Thru window.”
The efforts of Amit and other franchisees in the pilot have been key in helping us build on McDonald’s Canada’s existing digital offerings. And now, with MyMcDonald’s Rewards integrated into our easy-to-use mobile app, we’re further prioritizing value, convenience, and personalization for guests across Canada.
